1. Purpose

4thIB Tracker is an open-source desktop productivity tool for authorised community administrators. It helps users view, reconcile and update records in data sources for which they already have permission.

2. Authorised use

You must use the app only with accounts, spreadsheets and community resources you are authorised to access. You remain responsible for reviewing changes before saving them and for following the policies of the organisations and services whose data you use.

3. Google services

Google account and spreadsheet access is provided by Google and remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. You can withdraw the app’s access at any time. The app does not guarantee the continued availability or compatibility of third-party services.

4. Availability and accuracy

The app is provided without a guaranteed service level. Its summaries depend on the accuracy and structure of configured sources. Users should confirm important results against the authoritative source before acting on them.

5. Privacy

Use of Google user data is described in the 4thIB Tracker privacy policy. Instructions for revoking access and removing local data are available on the data management page.

6. Changes and support

The application and these terms may change as features and third-party services evolve. Source code, releases and support are available through the public GitHub repository.
