User control

Manage or remove your data

The tracker has no central user database. Account access and app data are controlled from your computer and Google Account.

Disconnect Google from the app

  1. Open 4thIB Tracker.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Google Access, select Sign out.

The app attempts to revoke the Google grant and removes its locally stored OAuth token. If Google is temporarily unavailable, local sign-out still completes.

Revoke access through Google

Visit Third-party connections in your Google Account, select 4thIB Tracker, and remove its access. This invalidates the grant independently of the desktop app.

Delete local application data

Close the app, then delete the following directory from your Windows profile:

%APPDATA%\4thIBTracker

This removes the OAuth token, app settings, user-created tasks, report history and embedded browser profile stored there. It does not delete any Google spreadsheets or records held by their owners.

Correct or delete spreadsheet records

4thIB Tracker does not own the spreadsheets it displays. Requests to correct or delete records held in a configured spreadsheet should be directed to that spreadsheet’s owner or the organisation responsible for it.
